At Boisson, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium non-alcoholic selections. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened, shelf-stable beverages.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened bottles in their original protective packaging to prevent breakage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
