Seedlip - Spice 94 - Non-Alcoholic Distilled Spirit

Seedlip Spice 94 is a warm blend of Jamaican allspice and cardamon with a citrusy finish. The spirit is named after 1494, the year European explorers were introduced to allspice berries after arriving in Jamaica.

For years, Seedlip developed a bespoke, six-week maceration, distillation, filtration, and blending process—taking each individual botanical ingredient to be distilled separately before blending. Based in the UK, this brand uses natural ingredients and is devoted to sustainability, pledging to be carbon neutral by 2022.

How To Enjoy

Seedlip's non-alcoholic spirits are complex, and lightly nuanced, meant to always be used as a base for cocktails and never drank neat. Enjoy over lots of ice and with your favorite sparkling mixer. With Spice 94, the garnish really makes the difference: try a lime wedge or grapefruit peel.

Although great as a substitute for gin cocktails, Seedlip's spirits do not contain juniper and thus do not share a similar flavor profile.
